How You’ll Make an Impact

As an team member in Order Management, you will ensure the successful execution of international customer orders by coordinating seamlessly across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and customers. Your ability to drive collaboration, monitor progress, and resolve challenges will be instrumental in delivering projects on time while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of international customer orders, from order receipt to final delivery.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules, execution milestones, and delivery timelines to achieve on-time completion.
Ensure timely inspections, dispatch, documentation, invoicing, and order closure.
Track customer requirements, provide regular order status updates, and maintain effective communication.
Proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks to minimize delays and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate SAP transactions, project documentation, and reporting to ensure process compliance and data integrity.

Professional Competencies & Technical Expertise

B.E. Mechanical with 4–6 years of experience in Order Management or International Sales Operations.

Proven expertise in end-to-end order execution and cross-functional project coordination.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with strong planning and execution skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer-centric approach.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
