Overview

  • Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
  • Responsible to lead a team of Area Managers, Sales Executives, Showroom-in-charges and to provide guidance, support, direction & motivation for enhancing performance and improving efficiency levels.
  • To expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
  • To constantly assess the competitors activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
  • To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
  • To organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and Company’s Sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • To attend to all issues concerning dealers/ hospitality customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
  • To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the customers including hospitality customers.
  • To attend to all consumer complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.
  • To take all necessary initiative in launching various new products that may be developed from time to time.
  • To review dealer performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve performance.
  • To plan, organize, implement all activities for every market in order to achieve overall objectives.
  • To plan and expand the Company showrooms network in the territory.
  • To ensure that each of the Company showrooms deliver maximum sales every month and that the operation is viable.
  • To submit tour program and also sales report on a regular basis to the Management.
  • To adhere to the policies of the Company.
  • To conduct in a professional manner in order to project a very high image of the Company.
  • To keep abreast of the developments in the market and to plan adequately in advance to take advantage of the opportunities.
  • To keep Management informed of all developments in the market on a regular basis.
  • To closely monitor the progress of all hospitality projects in order to secure business.
  • Monitor the functioning of Area Managers, Sales Executives and Showrooms Incharge on a regular basis and to appraise their performance.
  • To ensure every Sales Executive achieves their budgeted targets in terms of sales, collections, network expansion, new market development etc.
  • To assess the manpower requirement and to recruit executives in consultation/co-ordination with the Management.
  • To ensure higher realization for all products.
  • To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.
  • Education – Post Graduate in Management

Experience – Minimum 8 to 12 Years

Salary - AED 12,000/- to AED 15,000/- per month
