Overview
- Shall be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory and for managing Hospitality Customers.
- Responsibility also includes designing different strategies for various markets including recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market needs and launching new products for the hospitality segments.
- Should be a good thinker, strategist, team player and must come up with innovative ideas for improving business in the territory.
- The Company has leading presence with more than 60% market share in the premium segment of Mattress industry and it would be the responsibility of the incumbent to sustain and improve the business.
- Shall be also responsible for conducting training programs for Company’s sales staff.
- To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the Hospitality customers.
- To attend to all Hospitality complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.
- To adhere to the policies of the Company.
- Education – Post Graduate in Management
Experience – Minimum 8 to 12 Years
Salary - SAR 12,000/- to SAR 15,000/- per month
