Job Summary

  • The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of the branch within the Central Region, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and operational objectives in line with the company’s strategy.
  • This role involves leading and developing the branch team, monitoring key performance indicators, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • The Regional Manager serves as a key link between the branch and senior management, ensuring the effective execution of business plans and the achievement of operational and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales and operations plan in line with company strategy.
  • Drive achievement of regional sales, margin, and profitability targets across all branches.
  • Set, cascade, and track targets for branch managers and supervisors.
  • Oversee end to end branch operations — sales, warehouse, delivery, and administration.
  • Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and teams; manage performance and succession.
  • Build and grow relationships with key regional customers and expand market share.
  • Manage the regional budget and P&L, controlling costs and improving profitability.
  • Oversee receivables, collections, and credit control across the region.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels by coordinating with supply chain and branches.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Analyze regional performance and provide forecasts and insights to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead regional growth initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience, including 4+ years in a senior sales / operations leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering P&L, sales, and profitability targets across multiple branches.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, financial, and operational acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, team development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the automotive or FMCG sector (automotive preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (MBA preferred).
  • Fluent Arabic and English.
