Position Overview

  • The Presentation & Strategic Content Manager will be responsible for owning, preparing, updating, and improving key presentations across the organization.
  • The role is focused on turning project information, updates, meeting outputs, and business inputs into clear, structured, and professional presentations.
  • This role requires strong writing, communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation and updating of key organizational presentations.
  • Create presentations for leadership meetings, project updates, stakeholder meetings, and internal reviews.
  • Structure information clearly and logically across slides.
  • Convert raw inputs, project updates, and team notes into clear presentation content.
  • Ensure presentations are accurate, complete, and updated before submission or use.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and structure across presentations.
  • Keep a central record of updated presentations, key slides, approved content, and recurring presentation material.
  • Write clear and concise content for presentations, updates, executive summaries, and related documents.
  • Turn complex or unstructured information into simple, clear, and professional content.
  • Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, tone, and consistency.
  • Develop and adapt content in both Arabic and English.
  • Prepare key messages, talking points, summaries, and short written updates when required.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to write clearly, simply, and professionally.
  • Strong business writing skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to summarize complex information into short and clear messages.
  • Ability to adjust the tone depending on the audience.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to prepare content for leadership and stakeholder level presentations.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to structure presentations clearly and logically.
  • Ability to turn rough information into polished presentation content.
  • Strong understanding of slide flow, message hierarchy, and executive level summaries.
  • Ability to build a clear story from project updates and business inputs.
