About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant for Risk Management and Internal Audit to conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, develop ERM frameworks, and participate in internal audit engagements.

- Conduct enterprise wide risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops
- Develop and maintain enterprise risk registers
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of ERM frameworks
- Participate in Internal Audit engagements including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow up
- Evaluate governance processes, internal controls, and risk management practices
- Prepare high quality risk assessment reports, internal audit reports, and management presentations
- Assist clients in identifying, assessing, and managing strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks
- Support the development of governance frameworks, risk management policies, and procedures
- Work closely with client management teams throughout project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, GRC, or risk advisory
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- CIA certification preferred
- Willing to relocate and travel within GCC countries

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, GRC, or risk advisory.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is preferred. Additional certifications such as CRMA, CRISC, CISA, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, or OCEG GRCP/GRCA will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous consulting experience and GCC project experience will be an advantage.
Location & Travel
- Willing to relocate based on business requirements.
- Willing to travel within GCC countries for client assignments.
