Overview

  • This is a full time permanent position offering the opportunity to work with leading organizations across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct enterprise wide risk assessments and facilitate risk workshops.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise risk registers.
  • Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
  • Participate in Internal Audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow up.
  • Evaluate governance processes, internal controls, and risk management practices.
  • Prepare high quality risk assessment reports, internal audit reports, and management presentations.
  • Assist clients in identifying, assessing, and managing strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and emerging risks.
  • Support the development of governance frameworks, risk management policies, and procedures.
  • Work closely with client management teams throughout project delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit, GRC, or risk advisory.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
  • CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is preferred. Additional certifications such as CRMA, CRISC, CISA, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, or OCEG GRCP/GRCA will be an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, report writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous consulting experience and GCC project experience will be an advantage.

Location & Travel

  • Willing to relocate based on business requirements.
  • Willing to travel within GCC countries for client assignments.
