Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform **hair root touch-ups** and color maintenance services.
• Apply full hair coloring, toning, highlighting, and other hair color treatments.
• Provide professional **blow-dry styling** for daily grooming and special occasions.
• Conduct hair consultations and recommend suitable hair treatments and products.
• Maintain the health and condition of hair through professional treatments and care.
• Create elegant hairstyles for events, formal functions, and family gatherings.
• Ensure all hairdressing tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and sanitized.
• Manage inventory of hair products, colors, and styling tools.
• Stay updated with the latest hair coloring techniques, styling trends, and beauty standards.
• Coordinate with makeup artists, wardrobe staff, and other personal care professionals when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing/Cosmetology.
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in a luxury salon, VIP household, hotel, or private residence.
• Strong expertise in:
• Hair root touch-up
• Hair coloring and color correction
• Blow-dry and styling techniques
• Hair treatments and maintenance
• Knowledge of different hair types and textures.
• Excellent grooming, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working with VIP families, royal households, celebrities, or high-profile clients.
• Experience handling luxury haircare brands and products.
