Role Overview
Chronicle is recruiting a Regional Financial Controller for an international freight forwarding and logistics group.
The role has regional responsibility across the UAE, Turkey, and assigned Central Asian markets.
The position leads accounting across multiple countries, manages cash flow, and provides financial insight to regional leadership.
Key Requirements
- 8–10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a senior accounting or regional role.
- Experience managing accounts for multiple entities or countries.
- CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualification, or advanced progress toward one.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and multi-currency accounting.
- Experience in cash flow forecasting, treasury, and working capital management.
- Advanced Excel and hands-on ERP experience.
- Professional fluency in English and either Farsi or Russian, written and spoken.
The Role
- Oversee regional financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls.
- Lead country accounting teams and provide clear financial insight to regional leadership.
Compensation
- The description lists pay of AED 1 to AED 5 per month.
