Chronicle is recruiting a Mandarin- and English-speaking Logistics Executive for a client based in Dubai.
The role involves coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and communicating with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Liaise with Chinese-speaking suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Manage shipping schedules, delivery arrangements, and shipment tracking.
- Prepare and review import/export and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs clearance agents.
- Maintain shipment records and operational reports; resolve delays and operational issues.
- Work with internal teams to support timely delivery and smooth operations.
Requirements
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
- Relevant logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience is preferred; 2–5 years is cited.
- Working knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.
- UAE logistics experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage daily operations independently.
Pay
- AED 10,000–11,000 per month.
