As part of its continued growth in the Middle East, The Alpha Group International is exploring the appointment of a Regional Director in the UAE.
This opportunity allows an experienced professional to establish and lead their own executive advisory practice under the Alpha Group framework.

About the Role
- Regional Directors work closely with CEOs and business owners through a structured peer advisory model designed to support better strategic decision-making.
- The role typically involves:
- Establishing and facilitating confidential peer advisory boards for business leaders
- Supporting CEOs as they navigate growth, leadership and operational challenges
- Building relationships within the regional business community
- Developing an advisory practice based on recurring board engagements
- Operating within a proven international framework with ongoing training and support

- About the Model
- For decades, The Alpha Group International has supported business leaders through confidential peer advisory boards, where CEOs meet regularly with a small group of peers to discuss real strategic challenges in a trusted environment.
- Regional Directors facilitate these groups while building their own advisory practice within the Alpha Group network.

This opportunity is structured as a franchise investment and requires an initial investment to secure the licence.
It is not a salaried role or traditional employment position.
