Lead accounting, finance, audit, tax, and shared services activities across multiple international entities.
Strengthen financial controls, support business growth, lead a major ERP implementation, and partner with senior leadership across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations and financial reporting for entities across the UAE, India, Ireland, and USA.
- Manage month-end and year-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across shared services.
- Oversee audit, tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Lead the finance workstream for a new ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, training, and go-live support.
- Support group consolidation, treasury activities, management reporting, and board-level presentations.
- Partner with operational leaders, legal, compliance, and finance teams on cross-border transactions and business initiatives.
- Develop and mentor finance team members and build scalable processes for future growth.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, consolidation, financial reporting, audit, tax, and treasury functions.
- Proven experience managing multi-entity international operations.
- Hands-on ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, MRO, leasing, asset management, or similar industries is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
