The employer is seeking a commercially driven senior leader to lead and grow an automotive retail and aftermarket business in Dubai.
Candidates may come from General Manager, Business Head, Commercial Director, or similar senior roles with proven P&L and business growth experience.
Compensation
- The stated compensation is AED 25,000 to AED 30,000 plus a performance-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L, strategy, budgeting, and overall business performance.
- Drive growth across retail, B2B, e-commerce, distribution, and export.
- Lead retail expansion and develop revenue streams including car care and automotive accessories.
- Build relationships with dealerships, fleets, suppliers, and partners.
- Strengthen SOPs, KPIs, supply chain, and operational efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing management team.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management.
Key Requirements
- 10–15 or more years of experience in automotive or aftermarket, retail, distribution, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or P&L role.
- Proven revenue growth and profitability record.
- Strong exposure to B2B, retail, and multi-channel operations.
- Commercially strong, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused approach.
- UAE automotive market experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
