We are seeking a highly skilled
Red Team Operations Specialist
with strong expertise in adversary simulation and offensive security operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing realistic attack simulations to evaluate and strengthen organizational security posture.

- Conduct end-to-end red team operations and deliver comprehensive engagement reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve detection and response capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in
- cybersecurity / offensive security / adversary simulation
- Strong hands-on experience in
- Red Team operations
- Proven expertise in:
- Initial access techniques
- C2 frameworks and command-and-control usage
- Evasion and bypass techniques
- Adversary emulation methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in delivering at least one full
- red team engagement
- Evidence of independent research or innovative attack techniques
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Mandatory Certifications / Courses
- **CRTO II (Certified Red Team Operator Level II)**
