Customer Service & Operations Coordinator with experience in handling customer bookings, shipment tracking, shipping documentation, and vessel schedule coordination.
Skilled in liaising with customers, agents, and operations teams to ensure timely cargo movement, resolve shipment-related issues, maintain accurate records, and consistently meet service level and turnaround time targets.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer bookings and shipment inquiries
- Coordinating with operations, vessels, agents, and customers
- Tracking cargo movements and updating customers
- Managing shipping documentation and booking confirmations
- Following up on vessel schedules, loading, and cargo status
- Resolving customer issues related to shipments
- Preparing reports and maintaining customer records
- Ensuring service levels and turnaround times are met
