We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and support our growing hiring needs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Review CVs and conduct candidate screenings.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- UAE recruitment experience is an advantage.
