Recruitment Intern (Commission-Based)
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident HR & Recruitment Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations within the real estate industry.
This is a commission-based internship with a certificate upon completion.
esponsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Post job advertisements and manage applications
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confident personality and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Interest in HR and recruitment
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply
