Recruitment Specialist (Real Estate Agent Acquisition & Talent Branding)

About The Role

Housess Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Specialist to lead the acquisition of top-tier real estate talent across Dubai and the UAE.

This is not a volume recruitment role.

The successful candidate will focus on attracting experienced, driven, and culturally aligned real estate professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the company's long-term success.

In addition to recruitment, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in strengthening Housess Real Estate's employer brand through social media and recruitment-focused content creation.

Talent Acquisition & Headhunting

  • Identify, attract, and recruit high-calibre real estate agents and brokers.
  • Proactively headhunt top-performing agents from competing brokerages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, track record, professionalism, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Coordinate interviews with management and department leaders.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Quality-First Recruitment Strategy

  • Prioritize quality hires over recruitment volume.
  • Focus on attracting agents with proven performance, strong work ethic, and long-term career ambitions.
  • Ensure every hire aligns with the culture, standards, and vision of Housess Real Estate.
  • Maintain strict recruitment standards and hiring benchmarks.

Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Create recruitment-focused content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Showcase company culture, agent success stories, office life, events, training sessions, and achievements.
  • Coordinate and film agent interviews, testimonials, onboarding content, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in positioning Housess Real Estate as one of Dubai's most desirable real estate companies to work for.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative recruitment campaigns.

Talent Community Building

  • Build relationships with potential candidates even when there are no immediate openings.
  • Maintain an active network of agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and recruitment fairs to expand the talent pipeline.
  • Develop referral initiatives to encourage agent recommendations.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.
  • Track candidate progression through the recruitment pipeline.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or real estate experience.
  • Experience within the Dubai real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience recruiting real estate agents is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confident in headhunting and direct outreach.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and coordinating video content.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for branding and storytelling.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

  • Agent retention rate.
  • Number of successful hires per month.
  • Interview-to-hire conversion rate.
