About The Role

Housess Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive qualified traffic across our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is a performance-focused marketer who understands how to leverage Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content creation to deliver measurable business results.

This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilitieslead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Develop lead funnels and landing page strategies to maximize conversions.

Website & Traffic Growth

  • Drive targeted traffic to the company website through paid and organic channels.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business objectives.
  • Optimize user journeys and conversion pathways across all digital assets.

Seo & Organic Growth

  • Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages.
  • Monitor search rankings and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Implement technical SEO recommendations where applicable.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences.
  • Segment databases to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation & Design

  • Design social media content, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Create engaging visual content aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content.
  • Collaborate with the media and sales teams to produce marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Produce weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Track KPIs including lead volume, lead quality, CPL, ROAS, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirementsessential

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Google Ads

• Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Analytics

• Email Marketing Platforms

  • Canva
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads through digital channels.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience within real estate, property development, or luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management platforms.
  • Experience with landing page builders and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic video editing skills for social media content.

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Cost per lead (CPL).
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Website traffic growth.
  • Organic search ranking improvements.
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
  • Email campaign engagement metrics.
