About The Role

Housess Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven

Leasing Manager

to lead, develop, and scale our leasing division.

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for the complete 360-degree management of the leasing department, including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, business development, and revenue generation.

This is a leadership role requiring someone who can build a high-performing leasing team from the ground up while maintaining strong market knowledge and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish a structured leasing operation, create specialist leasing teams across multiple communities and market segments, and ensure consistent growth in both team performance and leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilitiesteam Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Leasing Consultants.
  • Build and develop a high-performance leasing division aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions covering leasing processes, negotiation techniques, market knowledge, compliance, and customer service.
  • Create career development plans for team members.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Department Growth & Team Structure

  • Build specialist leasing teams focused on different geographic areas and communities across Dubai.
  • Develop dedicated leasing teams for various market segments and property types.
  • Establish clear team structures, reporting lines, and performance expectations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand the leasing division and increase market share.

360° Leasing Management

  • Oversee the full leasing cycle from lead generation through tenancy contract execution.
  • Support agents in securing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all RERA regulations and company procedures.
  • Maintain high service standards throughout the customer journey.
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activity.

Business Development

  • Develop relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Increase exclusive leasing inventory across key communities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing to generate leasing leads and promote available inventory.

Performance Management

  • Set individual and team KPIs.
  • Monitor agent productivity, listings, viewings, offers, and closed transactions.
  • Track department profitability and performance metrics.
  • Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and overall team output.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and reporting.
  • Maintain leasing documentation and process standards.
  • Produce weekly and monthly department performance reports.
  • Work closely with senior management to execute growth plans.

Requirementsqualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Dubai real estate leasing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai leasing regulations and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful leasing teams.

Compensation Structuresalary

  • Base fixed monthly salary.

Commission

  • Personal commission on individual leasing transactions.
  • Override commission based on the performance and revenue generated by the leasing team.
  • Performance-based incentives linked to department growth and profitability.

  • Team revenue generation.

  • Agent retention and development.
  • Number of active listings secured.
  • Closed leasing transactions.

A successful Leasing Manager will build a structured, scalable leasing division comprising multiple specialist teams operating across Dubai's key communities.

They will recruit and develop top leasing talent, drive consistent revenue growth, increase market share, and establish Housess Real Estate as a leading leasing brokerage in the UAE.
