Experienced Recruitment Specialist role focused on engineering, architectural, MEP, and corporate hiring.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from job posting and sourcing through selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruit engineering, architectural, MEP, and corporate professionals.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruitment platforms.
- Build talent pipelines and headhunt for specialized technical roles.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications, offer discussions, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain ATS records and prepare recruitment reports and KPI updates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; engineering and construction or technical industry experience is preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting engineering and architectural professionals.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search, and online sourcing tools.
- Good understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and regional recruitment practices.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple vacancies and work with hiring managers.
- GCC engineering consultancy or project-based organization experience, HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, or PHR), or Arabic skills or relevant postgraduate qualification are preferred.
