Deliver technical, specialist, and bulk hiring requirements across oil and gas, defense, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals, and international talent networks.
- Deliver qualified shortlists within agreed timelines across vacancies.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and trackers, flagging hiring risks and delays early.
- Achieve strong CV-to-interview, offer-to-joining, and placement conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and feedback.
- Support assigned client accounts through regular updates, responsive communication, and recruitment issue resolution.
- Manage candidate engagement from submission through interviews and offers to successful joining.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience; staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment agency experience is preferred.
- Proven delivery of technical, engineering, or industrial recruitment assignments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and client relationship skills.
- Ownership of deadlines, hiring targets, and placement outcomes.
- UAE recruitment exposure is preferred; ATS experience is an advantage.
