Nuqtah Business Solutions is looking for a Recruitment & HR Specialist based in Riyadh to support hiring and HR coordination for Saudi-based client projects.

The role is ideal for someone who is strong at LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and basic HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates and shortlist suitable profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, Nuqtah, and clients.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
  • Support offer letters, onboarding documents, contracts, payroll inputs, and leave tracking.
  • Assist with Saudi HR documentation and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
  • Experience recruiting in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Good understanding of Saudi HR practices and employment documentation.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Arabic is a plus.
  • Organized, responsive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in recruitment agencies, consulting, staff augmentation, manpower, or professional services is preferred.
