We're Hiring \| Strategy & Operating Model Specialist
6-Month Subcontracting Position \| Extension Possible
We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operating Model Specialist to support strategic and transformation initiatives within the Public Sector.
This is a 6-month subcontracting engagement with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

What You'll Do
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸ Formulate corporate and business strategies and translate them into actionable plans
▸ Design and develop operating models that turn strategy into structure
▸ Build performance frameworks — KPIs, balanced scorecards, and strategic dashboards
▸ Conduct internal and external environment analysis and provide strategic recommendations
▸ Develop capability roadmaps and prioritize programs and investment initiatives
▸ Lead or support high-impact transformation programs
▸ Prepare executive reports, business cases, and feasibility studies
▸ Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders across complex environments

What We're Looking For
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
▸
4+ years
in strategy, operating model design, consulting, or corporate planning
▸ Proven experience delivering strategic work in Saudi Arabia or the wider region
▸ Strong command of strategic planning frameworks, policy development, and performance management
▸ Bachelor's in Business, Strategy, Management or related field (MBA/MPA preferred)
▸ Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
▸ Comfortable operating in confidential and regulated environments

Defence sector experience is a plus but not a requirement — we welcome strong strategists from consulting, government, and corporate backgrounds.
