We're Hiring | Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead or support digital transformation strategies aligned with Vision 2030 national objectives
• Assess organisational digital maturity and develop transformation roadmaps
• Drive business process digitization — redesigning workflows, SOPs, and operating models for digital environments
• Support technology implementation programmes — ERP, cloud, RPA, BI platforms, or enterprise systems
• Design digital governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track transformation progress
• Prepare executive reports, business cases, and stakeholder briefing packs on digital initiatives
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define digital priorities and secure alignment
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
• Digital transformation strategy or advisory
• Business process digitization or re-engineering
• Technology implementation (ERP, RPA, cloud, BI, enterprise platforms)
• IT-enabled corporate services transformation
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field — Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Business Technology, or equivalent
• Professional certifications preferred — PMP, ITIL, Azure, AWS, PL-300 (Power BI), SAP, COBIT, PRINCE2, or equivalent
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate technology requirements into actionable business outcomes
• Experience delivering within Saudi Arabia's public sector or regulated environments
• Comfortable working in confidential, high-governance settings
• Nice to Have
• Experience with national Vision 2030 digital programmes
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data strategy initiatives
• Consulting background (Big 4, global technology consultancy, or boutique)

Engagement Details

• Duration: 12 months with strong potential for extension
