Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Coordinator.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, interacting with hiring managers, and ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
include maintaining candidate records, providing support during the hiring process, and communicating updates with all stakeholders.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency and successful placements while contributing to Terra Recruit Global’s reputation as a trusted partner in the recruitment sector.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience in Hiring and conducting effective recruitment processes
- Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver a superior candidate and client experience
- Proficiency in Interviewing and evaluating candidates for various roles and skill levels
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
