Job Overview
Green Concrete UAE is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support high-volume blue-collar hiring.
The ideal candidate should have UAE experience in recruiting drivers, operators, and general labor, along with strong Excel skills for data management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end blue-collar recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding)
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases in Excel
- Manage and organize large volumes of recruitment data efficiently
- Coordinate with hiring managers, site teams, and recruitment agencies
- Track hiring progress and prepare regular reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE requirements
Requirements
- 1–2 years of UAE experience in blue-collar recruitment
- **Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, sorting, filtering, basic formulas)**
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in construction, ready-mix, or logistics industry
