Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Dubai
Future Talent Arabia is a boutique executive search firm based in Dubai, specialising in leadership and specialist talent for Energy, Infrastructure, Technology, Finance, and Emerging Industries across the GCC.
We are hiring an Experienced Recruiter to join our office in Al Barsha, Dubai and support our growing mandates across multiple sectors.
About The Role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Handle client briefs, proactive sourcing, candidate management, and successful placements.
- Contribute to business development and build strong client relationships in the GCC.
- Provide market insights on talent trends, salaries, and localisation (Saudization/Emiratisation).
What You Bring
- 4+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record in executive or specialist search.
- GCC/Middle East market knowledge is a big plus.
- Strong proactive sourcing, business development, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English or native speaker
