Overview

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across various industries within the UAE and GCC region.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys business development and relationship management, and has a passion for connecting top talent with leading organizations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • **Full-Cycle Recruitment:**
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • **Strategic Sourcing:**
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Gulf Talent, and other regional portals to build a robust pipeline of passive and active talent.
  • **Stakeholder Management:**
  • Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends.
  • **Compliance & Administration:**
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication throughout the process.

Requirements

  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum of 3 + Years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the
  • UAE/GCC market

  • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or business development
  • **Technical Proficiency:**
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and high-level proficiency in Boolean searching.
  • **Communication:**
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, direct, and engaging outreach messages.
  • **Knowledge:**
  • Strong understanding of GCC visa processes, labor regulations, and local compensation benchmarks.
