Recruitment Consultant

About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client and candidate relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across various industries within the UAE and GCC region.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Gulf Talent, and other regional portals to build a robust pipeline of passive and active talent.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market trends.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities align with UAE Labor Law and internal HR policies. Manage candidate data accurately within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) .
• Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional, timely, and transparent communication throughout the process.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 + Years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the UAE/GCC market .
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or business development
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment software and high-level proficiency in Boolean searching.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to write clear, direct, and engaging outreach messages.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCC visa processes, labor regulations, and local compensation benchmarks.
