We are seeking an experienced
Facilities Manager
to lead and oversee end-to-end facilities management operations across a diverse property portfolio in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage all Facilities Management services, including MEP, soft services, security, housekeeping, concierge, and administration.
-Lead and monitor service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
-Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple properties.
-Manage annual budgets, OPEX/CAPEX planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
-Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs and SLAs for service providers.
-Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Drive sustainability and energy-saving initiatives across facilities.
-Conduct regular site inspections and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Experience managing outsourced FM service providers and IFM contracts.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements, risk assessments, and FM best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
