Overview
This opportunity is with our client, a well-established diversified group in the UAE with a strong presence across construction and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and monthly commercial reports
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare payment applications, invoices, and subcontractor payment certificates
- Handle variations, claims, VO submissions, and final account settlements
- Support procurement activities and evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters
- Assist in extension of time (EOT) claims and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
- trong understanding of contracts, commercial management, and cost control
- UAE/GCC project experience preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
