We are looking for a proactive and well organized HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join one of our client's team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment within the U A E market, specifically sourcing and hiring candidates for sales and corporate roles.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience in the U A E in Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of U A E labor laws and HR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruitment and job portals
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company
- Focus on hiring candidates for U A E-based opportunities
- Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, salary certificates, employment certificates, and contracts
- Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID applications, and onboarding documentation
