Job Summary
The QA/QC Engineer will support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes on construction projects.
The role involves conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and assisting in maintaining quality standards across all site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and implementing
Project Quality Plans (PQP)
and
Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Perform
- daily site inspections
- to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor construction activities and report any
- quality deviations
- Prepare and follow up on
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- and corrective actions
- Review
- material submittals
- and ensure materials meet project requirements
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients
- Maintain proper
- QA/QC documentation
- , reports, and records
- Ensure compliance with company standards and
- ISO quality procedures
- Support testing and inspection activities (concrete, materials, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Civil Engineering
- or related field
- Minimum
- 3 years of experience
- in QA/QC within construction
- Basic knowledge of
- QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection processes
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards is preferred
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in
