Role overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with production hiring managers on headcount, requisitions, targeted postings, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Source skilled candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, trade schools, and vocational programs.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates with recommendations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including onsite interviews, candidate tours, offer negotiations, and background checks.
• Identify recruitment challenges and propose process improvements.
• Train hiring managers and team members on recruiting and interviewing best practices.
• Organize job fairs, facility tours, and virtual webinars.
• Build relationships with talent networks, trade unions, and industry associations.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of recruiting experience focused on production, manufacturing, or skilled-trade roles.
• Proven in-house or agency recruiting track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Preferred skills and experience

• Production recruiting experience in advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, or startup environments is preferred.
• Non-traditional sourcing expertise, such as LinkedIn campaigns, industry events, or apprenticeship partnerships, is preferred.
• Ability to identify top-tier talent in production fields is preferred.
• Relationship-building experience with Director- and VP-level leaders is preferred.
