Job Summary
Jouzy Consulting Engineers is currently looking for a professional, presentable, and well-organized **Receptionist – UAE National** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
This opportunity is open to **UAE Nationals** as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting Emiratization and developing local talent within the private sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls appropriately.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day office coordination when needed.
- Ensure a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
- Provide general information to visitors and employees in a polite and helpful manner.
Requirements
- UAE National.
- Available to join immediately or on short notice.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle front-desk responsibilities confidently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage, but not mandatory.
