About This Role
Position: Receptionist (Ladies Salon)
This is not a basic front desk job.
We’re looking for someone who understands client experience, knows how to manage bookings efficiently, and can turn every visit into a loyal customer relationship.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in salons or beauty centers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to handle busy schedules
- Confident in recommending services and supporting sales
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings and appointments professionally
- Welcome clients and ensure a premium experience
- Coordinate between departments smoothly
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Support business growth through smart service recommendations
