Overview
Healthline Medical Group is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented **Receptionist** to join our premier cosmetics clinic in Abu Dhabi.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients experience the highest standard of care from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- **Patient Greeting:** Welcome patients with a professional and warm demeanor, managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- **Appointment Management:** Coordinate clinic schedules, manage bookings, and handle appointment confirmations via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- **Administrative Support:** Maintain accurate patient records, handle inquiries regarding cosmetic services, and manage billing/insurance processing (e.g., Daman/Thiqa familiarity is an asset).
- **Clinic Environment:** Ensure the reception area remains pristine and welcoming, reflecting the premium quality of our clinic.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably within a medical or high-end cosmetic clinic.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Polished professional appearance and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in modern practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
