Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and meeting room coordination
- Maintain records, documents, and office correspondence
- Support administrative and office coordination activities
- Ensure smooth communication in both Arabic and English
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and email handling
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Candidates currently available in UAE preferred
