Job Description
A reputed medical center in Dubai is looking for a friendly and professional **Receptionist (Tagalog Speaker)** to join our team on a part-time basis.
Candidates with **1–2 years of experience in a medical center or clinic** are preferred; however, **freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply**.
& Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Register patients and maintain records accurately
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff members
- Manage billing, payments, and appointment schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries professionally
- Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service
- Handle basic administrative and front desk tasks
Requirements
- Tagalog Speaker is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
