We are a veterinary clinic in Abu Dhabi city seeking a **female Receptionist with own Visa**
Job description
- Ensure Pet Owners are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner always.
- Attend reception calls both internal and external.
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and well always organized.
- Represent the clinic in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues.
- Check patient eligibility, input information and book appointments etc.…
- Cashiering duties
- Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks
- The successful applicant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service-oriented behavior
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.
- **Experience in veterinary clinics field is ( preferred ).**
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
