Overview
- Urgent hiring **Receptionist** / Secretary Cum administrator
- Manage phone calls and correspondence like e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
- Responsible for all aspects of HR and Administrative activities support
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with reception duties.
- Data entry (Clients, ads listings, contracts, Ejari, etc.)
- To maintain and keep the database and other documents updated
- Assist colleagues and department head/manager on day-to-day activity
- Keep updated records of office expenses and tenants details
- Coordinating with tenants for rentals and maintenance issues
- Daily logs of leads
- following-up orders
- Provide assistance to Manager in daily tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
- Good communication with clients and supplier
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
- Receptionist cum Admin: 4 years (Preferred)
