Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers
- Maintain visitor records and office files
- Support administrative and office tasks
- Coordinate with different departments when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
