Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by welcoming visitors, managing inquiries, and assisting with basic front-desk operations. With one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
- Distribute and manage customer tokens efficiently
- Assist visitors with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle basic administrative tasks as required
- Ensure a smooth flow of customer traffic at the front desk
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous 1 year experience in a similar role is a must
