Job Description
We are looking for a professional and friendly **Receptionist with a medical background** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately
- Coordinate with medical staff regarding schedules and patient flow
- Handle billing, basic insurance processes, and payments (if required)
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements
- Previous experience in a **medical or healthcare setting** (clinic/hospital)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Computer literacy (MS Office, patient management systems)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional appearance and attitude
