We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist (Medical / Female) to join our team at our Autism Center, someone who is compassionate, professional, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

About the role:

  • The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, performing administrative duties, and providing quality service.
  • Will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating patient appointments under the supervision of the Clinical Director, ensuring that clinical operations run smoothly and on time
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing patient appointments
  • Fluent in English & good communication skills
  • Passionate and caring individuals who love to work with children
  • Detailed-oriented, flexible, and team-working enthusiast
