Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused **Male** **Receptionist** to join our luxury wellness destination in Dubai.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in a **luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or high-end hospitality environment** in the UAE and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle guest check-ins, bookings, appointments, and inquiries.
- Manage phone calls and email correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with other Operations teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Maintain the reception and waiting area to luxury hospitality standards.
- Provide guests with information about treatments, memberships, facilities, and services.
- Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Support daily administrative and front desk operations.
Requirements
- Minimum **4 years of experience** as a Receptionist in a **luxury hotel, premium spa, wellness club, or upscale hospitality brand** within the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience using booking or POS systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently based in the UAE and available for interviews.
