Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircutting, beard trimming, shaving, and grooming services.
• Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of tools and workstations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and create a welcoming experience for all clients.
• Keep up to date with current grooming trends, techniques, and products.
• Promote and recommend retail grooming products where appropriate.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber in a premium barbershop, salon, luxury spa, or hospitality environment.
• Strong skills in men's haircuts, beard styling, shaving, and grooming techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury service environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• English communication skills required; additional languages are an advantage.
