Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Floor Supervisor - Male Section** to oversee the daily operations of our luxury wellness and hospitality venue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising front-of-house operations within luxury hotels, premium restaurants, high-end spas, or lifestyle brands **in UAE**.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations and ensure seamless guest service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to maintain the highest service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Reception, Spa, Restaurant, and other operational teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Ensure staff grooming, presentation, and compliance with company standards at all times.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and overall presentation of guest areas.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and daily operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support management in achieving operational and guest satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Minimum **2-3 years of supervisory experience** in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, high-end spa, wellness club, or similar hospitality environment in **UAE**.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, German, French) are an advantage.
- Must be **currently based in Dubai, UAE** and available for face-to-face interviews.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in luxury hospitality, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands **in UAE**.
- Knowledge of spa and restaurant operations is highly desirable.
- Experience leading multicultural teams.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
