Female Spa Therapist

Location:** Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness rituals to the highest professional standards.
• Deliver authentic Hammam treatments and ensure an exceptional guest journey throughout the experience.
• Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products where applicable.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities in accordance with hygiene and luxury service standards.
• Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety at all times.
• Work closely with the spa team to provide a seamless luxury wellness experience.

Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** as a Spa Therapist.
• Experience in **luxury wellness resorts, five-star hotels, premium spas, or high-end wellness brands** is essential.
• Strong experience in various massage techniques and Hammam treatments.
• Relevant spa certification (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, VTCT, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for wellness.
• Russian language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
