Overview
The position is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and assisting in property management and general services activities, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and professional communication with clients, tenants, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and office support on a daily basis
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and office arrangements
- Assisting in document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Following up on administrative and operational tasks
- Supporting property management operations and tenant coordination
- Assisting in contracts follow-up and property-related administrative tasks
- Coordinating with service providers and supporting general office operations
Qualifications
- Saudi Nationality
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in reception, administrative support, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate sector and property management is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and good manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Commitment, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure
