Overview
Talentspoc is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office.
Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with coordinating meetings and events as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
